Refund Policy

What is a Premium service?

Anything that is locked for free students and that you open with Premium. Each time you open one of these for the first time, it counts as one use:

• a Premium chapter in Learn or Activities,
• a Premium chapter test, practice set or paper,
• a Premium note or solved exercise (view or download),
• a Premium PBA practical, the full practice paper or the board model paper,
• a Teacher Desk paper.

Free material does not count. Your account keeps a record of your uses. This record is the proof we use for refund decisions.

You can ask for a refund if

• You paid twice for the same plan.
• You paid, but Premium did not open and we could not fix it within 3 working days.
• You ask within 3 days of buying Premium, you have used fewer than 3 Premium services, and the problem is on our side (for example, material that was promised is missing).

We cannot refund if

• You have used 3 or more Premium services.
• You changed your mind after using Premium material.
• Your account was closed for breaking the Terms, for example for sharing Premium material.
• The request is made more than 3 days after the purchase.

How long does checking take?

After you pay and send your details and screenshot on WhatsApp, we verify your payment within 12 hours. Premium or credit is added as soon as it is verified.

Wrong class or subject

If you bought the wrong class or subject by mistake, we will move you to the right one. This is not a refund.

Teacher Desk papers

A paper that has been made and downloaded cannot be refunded. If it could not be made because of an error, we will give you the paper again or return the amount.

How a refund is paid

Write to [email protected] with your name, the phone number or email used for payment, the date, and the reason. We reply within 2 working days. If it is approved, the money goes back by the same method within 7 working days, after the payment fee. Your Premium access is closed when the refund is made.
